We make every attempt to process orders within 1 to 2 business days. Orders then normally take between 1 and 5 days to arrive depending on where you live.
We use USPS and UPS. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
As with any fabric store.. our inventory can become slightly off from time to time. If you order 2 yards and we only have 1.75 left we will email you before we ship to make sure this is ok.
Yes, all of our classes are currently taught in person in one of our classrooms.
Our classes are broken down into beginner, intermediate and advanced. We suggest starting with our Sewing Basics 1 class. This class will equip you with the knowledge and experience to continue on to Sewing Basics II or any other class marked as a beginner class.
Student sizes range per class but must classes max out at 8 students. 4 students are needed to make the class a "go".
**We are currently reducing class sizes to maintain social distancing in our classroom.
Every once in a while we do not meet the minmum number of students to make the class a go. If this happens you will either be refunded the class fee or we can put it on your account.
Awesome! Once you sign up online you will receive an email confirming your order. If there is a supply list a available for your class there will be a link to it on the class sign-up page you were just at. Check there for it and read over it! If you have any specific questions pertaining to the class you can email the teacher (email in supply list).
Some classes require you to purchase supplies beforehand and some do not. (This is explained in each supply list).
Please show up ten minutes before the class is suppose to start.
If the class has a supply list there will be a link to it on the class sign-up page. Not all classes have a supply list. If the class does have a supply list please read it as some classes require supplies to be purchased before the first class.
Woohoo a discount! When you enroll in a class you are eligible for a 15% discount on all of your classes supplies!
No, we require payment to hold a spot in a class.
We can add you to a waiting list and you will be notified if someone has cancelled. Also, we if host the class again you will be notified first!
