Marine Vinyl Fabric
The industry standard for water resistant and upholstery sewing projects. Our marine vinyl is wipe clean, UV stable, and purpose built for boat interiors, outdoor cushions, car upholstery, and high traffic home décor. Available in Rose, Melon, Ivory, Baltic, Sky Blue, Turquoise, Lime, Orange, Smoke Grey, and more. Standard marine from $4.48 and Aqualine Marine from $5.36.
Exotic & Embossed Vinyl Fabric
Textures that read as luxury. Our exotic range includes Snake Print, Boa Python, Serengeti Ostrich, Crocco, Aqualine Marine Crocodile, Keys Gator 3D Embossed, Gator, Metallic Gator, and Mini Croc, in colorways from Fuschia and Dragon Red to Valley Brown, Chocolate, and Silver. Each texture adds dimension ideal for structured bags, wallets, and statement accessories.
Soft Solid & Faux Leather Vinyl
Vinyl that looks and feels like fabric. Our soft solid and faux leather lines are the go to for bag makers who want the look of leather without the cost or the ethical compromise. Choose from over fifteen colorways including Blush, Cobalt, Cabernet, Mustard, Seafoam, Periwinkle, and Dijon, with a buttery hand feel that drapes and sews cleanly. The Laredo and Caravelle lines add more structure for bags that need to hold their shape.
Western & Floral Embossed Vinyl
A favorite for bohemian bags, western style accessories, and statement wallets. Western Floral Faux Leather is available in Mustard, Gray, Lavender, Copper, Mint, Caribbean Blue, Brown, and White. The Western Bourbon embossed line pairs beautifully with antique brass hardware.
Sparkle, Metallic & Specialty Vinyl
For projects that catch the light. Sparkle vinyl in Mauve, Fuschia, Kiwi, and Gilt. Geometric Iridescent Faux Leather in Gold. Delfo Chrome in Black and Gold. Bubble vinyl in Nickle. These are the details that make a handmade bag look intentional.
Clear & Jelly Vinyl
Transparent and semi transparent vinyl for a completely different style of bag making. Our Jelly Vinyl and Premium Clear Vinyl are favorites for zipper pouches, pattern display bags, makeup organizers, and bag windows. If you're looking for clear vinyl fabric for sewing, this is it, sold by the precut panel so you can try it without committing to a full roll.
Waterproof Canvas
A softer alternative to vinyl with the same wipe clean durability. Our precut waterproof canvas comes in 18"x60" half yard cuts in White, Light Blue, and Turquoise, ideal for tote bags, market bags, and outdoor projects where you want a fabric hand rather than a plastic feel.
Twill Bag Lining Fabric
Every bag needs a great lining. Our cotton twill bag lining comes in over 20 colorways including Seafoam, Teal, Royal Blue, Magenta, Hot Pink, Army Green, Cabernet, Golden Yellow, Sunshine, Maroon, Mandarin, and Sable, all pre cut to 18"x53" to pair perfectly with your vinyl exterior. Tips for Sewing Vinyl Fabric
Vinyl sews differently from woven fabrics. A few adjustments make the process much easier:
- Use a Teflon foot or roller presser foot, as vinyl sticks to standard metal feet
- A size 90/14 or 100/16 needle handles most vinyl weights cleanly
- Use a size 75/11 for lightweight or thin vinyl
- Clip seam allowances instead of pinning to avoid permanent holes
- Lengthen your stitch slightly, as fewer perforations means a stronger seam
- Use wonder clips or binder clips to hold pieces in place while you sew
- For thread, polyester or nylon holds up better than cotton against vinyl's weight and flexibility
